Engineering a New Experience
The careers section was enhanced with a comprehensive careers page highlighting job openings and the application processes. We also integrated content emphasizing NCE's core values and employee benefits.
User experience improvements included implementing intuitive navigation and search functionality, optimizing page load speeds for improved performance, and adding interactive elements such as hover effects and smooth scrolling for enhanced engagement.
To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive website refresh strategy. We created a modern layout design with a clean, intuitive interface and responsive design for optimal viewing across devices.
To showcase the service lines, we used custom icons for each of the six service lines, enhancing visual recognition across the website. Expanding the color palette created distinct visual identities for each service vertical and developed dedicated pages for each service, providing in-depth information and case studies.
